Understanding Estimated
Revenue

Pinkk provides estimated revenue to help creators understand the potential value of their links. These numbers are derived from your traffic data and platform averages — not actual payouts. Think of it as a market-informed snapshot of your link performance.

Process

How It Works

Understanding how Pinkk calculates your estimated revenue

1

Traffic Detection

When users click your links, Pinkk detects the source platform (like Twitch, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other traffic sources).

2

Platform-Specific Rates

Each platform has default monetization rates based on industry standards.

Twitch $0.18 per click / $0.85 per engagement
LinkedIn $0.25 per click / $1.20 per engagement
TikTok $0.12 per click / $0.60 per engagement
3

Revenue Calculation

Pinkk calculates two values: one based on clicks, one based on engagement. The higher of the two is used as your estimated revenue to give a conservative, yet realistic view.

4

Custom Rates

Agency Only

Agencies can override default rates for specific links when tracking sponsored campaigns. This helps ensure negotiated deals are accurately represented.

Comparison

CPM-Equivalent (Contextual Comparison)

Understanding the contextual comparison metric

For Creator Pro and Agency users, Pinkk also shows a CPM-equivalent:

Creator Pro

"Market CPM equivalent"

Agency

"Benchmark CPM equivalent"

This is a derived comparison metric showing what your traffic would be worth if priced like standard ad campaigns. It helps contextualize your link performance but does not affect the estimated revenue.

Note: CPM values are hidden if traffic is too small to produce reliable data.
