We offer prorated refunds based on when you request cancellation. The sooner you cancel, the more you get back.
Refund Policy Overview
At Pinkk, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy, we offer a fair, prorated refund policy based on how long you've used the service.
Refund Tiers
Refund amounts are calculated based on the time elapsed since your payment:
Within 7 Days
Full refund minus payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30)
Example: $20 payment → $19.12 refund
Within 14 Days
50% prorated refund minus payment processing fees
Example: $20 payment → $9.12 refund
After 14 Days
No refund available, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
Processing Fees
Payment processing fees (charged by Stripe, PayPal, or Polar) are deducted from refunds because these fees are non-refundable to us. This is standard practice across the industry.
Typical Processing Fees:
2.9% of transaction amount + $0.30 fixed fee
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed automatically when you cancel your subscription through your payment provider (Polar or PayPal). The refund amount will be calculated based on our policy tiers above.
To cancel and request a refund:
- Log into your Polar or PayPal account
- Navigate to your subscriptions
- Cancel your Pinkk subscription
- Request a refund through the payment provider
- Refund will be processed automatically according to our policy

What Happens After Refund
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- You'll lose access to premium features
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
- You can resubscribe at any time
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following cases:
- Violation of Terms of Service: Accounts terminated for misuse, abuse, or policy violations
- Fraudulent Activity: Suspected fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes
- Excessive Refund Requests: More than 3 refunds within a 12-month period
- Beyond Refund Period: Requests made more than 14 days after payment
- Promotional Pricing: Subscriptions purchased at heavily discounted rates may have different refund terms
Processing Time
Refunds are processed automatically when approved:
- Polar Payments: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal balance
- Credit Card: May take 1-2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Cancellation Without Refund
If you're beyond the 14-day refund period, you can still cancel your subscription at any time:
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
- You'll retain access until the end of your paid period
- No future charges will be made
- Your account will automatically downgrade to free when the period ends
Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks:
- May result in immediate account suspension
- Incur additional fees that we may seek to recover
- Can be avoided by working directly with our support team

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of Pinkk after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
