Campaign Predictions,
Explained
Plan smarter with data-driven campaign estimates.
Pinkk's Campaign Outcome Preview helps you estimate performance before launching a campaign. Using Progressive Hierarchical Calibration, predictions start with industry benchmarks and automatically improve as you complete more campaigns.
What Campaign Predictions Mean
Estimates for planning, not guarantees
Predictions help you:
- • Plan campaigns with realistic expectations
- • Compare different campaign types and platforms
- • Set sponsor expectations with data-backed ranges
Predictions do not:
- ✕ Guarantee specific results
- ✕ Replace actual campaign testing
- ✕ Account for external factors (content quality, timing, trends)
Think of predictions as a planning tool, similar to weather forecasts — helpful for preparation, but actual results depend on many factors.
How Predictions Are Generated
Three layers of calibration
Platform Baseline
Industry-wide expected performance
Example:
"Twitch links historically get ~4.5% click-through rate with 90% human-likely traffic"
Every prediction starts with platform-specific benchmarks based on historical data across all Pinkk users.
Campaign & Creator Modifier
Adjusts based on your past performance
Example:
"Your campaigns typically perform 10% above baseline" or "Creator A consistently gets 15% more engagement on Twitch"
After completing campaigns, the system learns your patterns and adjusts future predictions accordingly.
Campaign Type Multiplier
Adjusts for campaign format
Link in Bio
1.0x (baseline)
Single Post
1.1x (+10% urgency)
Story
1.25x (+25% FOMO)
Stream Mention
1.4x (+40% real-time)
Different campaign types generate different engagement levels. Stream mentions tend to perform best due to real-time interaction.
Predictions Improve Over Time
Progressive learning with each campaign
Uses Platform Baseline Only
Your first prediction relies on industry averages since there's no personal history yet. Ranges are wider (±35%) to account for uncertainty.
System Learns from Actual Results
When your campaign completes, the system compares predicted vs actual performance:
- Updates campaign bias (if you consistently over/under-perform)
- Updates creator performance profiles (for agencies)
- Learns how clicks distribute across your links
Uses Campaign 1 Data
Your second prediction applies calibration based on Campaign 1 results. Ranges become more accurate (±20%) as the system learns your patterns.
High Accuracy Achieved
After 10+ campaigns, predictions use 9 previous campaigns' data. Ranges are tight (±10%), confidence is high, and estimates closely match actual results.
Each campaign makes the next prediction more accurate. This is Progressive Hierarchical Calibration — gradual improvement through accumulated knowledge.
Understanding Confidence Levels
How reliable is this prediction?
What it means:
Predictions are based on substantial data with consistent performance patterns. Ranges are tight (±10%) and highly reliable.
Example range:
Expected Clicks: 623 - 761
Narrow range reflects high certainty
What it means:
Predictions use a mix of your data and platform averages. Ranges are moderate (±20%) and reasonably reliable.
Example range:
Expected Clicks: 530 - 794
Moderate range reflects growing certainty
What it means:
Predictions are based primarily on platform averages. Ranges are wide (±35%) to account for uncertainty.
Example range:
Expected Clicks: 450 - 935
Wide range reflects limited data
Confidence can upgrade or downgrade based on both sample size and consistency. High variance in performance can lower confidence even with many campaigns.

Built for Trust & Safety
Conservative, explainable, and safe
Always Ranges, Never Single Numbers
Predictions show min-max ranges, not exact values. This reflects the reality that campaign performance varies based on many factors.
Adjustment Caps Prevent Extremes
Calibration adjustments are capped at ±20% to prevent unrealistic predictions from outlier campaigns. The system favors gradual, stable improvements.
Graceful Fallback to Baseline
If you have no historical data, predictions use platform-wide averages. The system always provides an estimate, even for your first campaign.
Your Core Data is Never Modified
All calibration data is stored separately. Your campaigns, links, and clicks remain untouched. Predictions are read-only calculations.
Tips for Using Predictions
Get the most from campaign estimates
Use Predictions for Planning, Not Promises
Predictions help you set realistic expectations and compare campaign options. Don't guarantee specific results to sponsors — share ranges and confidence levels instead.
Complete More Campaigns for Better Accuracy
The system needs data to learn. Your first few predictions will be less accurate, but by campaign 10, you'll have tight ranges and high confidence.
Pay Attention to Confidence Levels
Low confidence means wider ranges and more uncertainty. High confidence means the system has learned your patterns well. Adjust your planning accordingly.
Multiple Creators & Links Affect Estimates
For agencies: Each creator has their own performance profile. For multi-link campaigns: The system learns how clicks distribute across your links over time.
Don't Over-Interpret Early Campaigns
Your first 2-3 campaigns will have wide ranges and low confidence. This is normal. The system needs time to learn your unique patterns before predictions become highly accurate.
