Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What happens to my existing data when I change plans?
All your existing campaigns, links, and click data are always preserved. When upgrading, your new limits apply immediately. When downgrading, your data stays intact but you won't be able to create new items if you're over the new plan's limits until you're back within them.
Is there a free trial?
Our Free plan lets you try Pinkk with up to 3 campaigns. For paid plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted payment system.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual billing is not currently available, but we're working on it! Check back later this year for yearly plans with discounted pricing.
